Bailey is a incredible young lady 👧 who is profoundly deaf and has quadriplegic cerebral palsy, meaning it affects her whole body causing limited movement 😔 This affects every aspect of her life for example she cannot stand or walk independently

Her family are just the very most incredible kind of people there are ❤ and they make sure Bailey lives life to the fullest & don't let her disabilities define who she is 😃

Her family over the years have raised lots of money themselves to ensure Bailey has the best equipment available to her to make Bailey's life as independent & pain free as possible

Her Nan even did a sponsored sky dive ✈ to raise money towards Bailey's previous equipment 😮 But as Bailey gets older & grows bigger she needs new equipment to help both her & her family manage

The family recently attended a mobility roadshow & at the show they came across a new type of powered wheelchair that will enable her to stand 😃 Having the ability for her to do this will enable her to have much more access to various activities, and not miss out on anything that we all take for granted. Bailey requires around the clock care & is surrounded by the most loving family ❤ we have ever had the privilege to meet

Not to mention she is able to stand using this wheelchair which will give her muscles time to stretch which is extremely beneficial for her 🙌
Another brilliant feature is that this wheelchair also enables Bailey to lie down for helping with changing, and also for her to relax. The chair has many, many more adjustments to change her posture, reducing the worry of pressure sores, and most of all it's very comfortable for her!

As you imagine this amazing chair comes at an incredible cost, just over a whopping £22k 😱

Thankfully there are some organisation's/charities put in place who will help contribute towards the equipment 🙌 & some will pay up-to 80% of the total cost - But that still leaves a whopping amount for the family to find 😔
