Story
When she was five months old, Ace suffered a series of seizures lasting for three months. Her parents, Rai and Michael, were told she had a chance mutation on her SCN8A gene. Basically, one letter was wrong in a string of billions of letters - a tiny change, but a devastating one. Ace now has severe epilepsy and the intense seizures meant that she lost most of the skills she had gained up to that point. It’s likely that she'll be challenged by mental and physical disability throughout her life.

9 years agoDay 1 Teddy kicked off The 100 Hour Project at 5.35am with a round of climbing (on mummy) jumping (on mummy), crawling under his cot and kicking ball repeatedly at mummy's head, as well as dancing to the Smiths, well known for their workout songs. 1hr10m before 7am.

The three of us are putting our knee joints and dignity on the line! We've vowed to do 100 hours of exercise in two weeks (that's over seven hours per day between us) to raise money for Ted's friend, Ace. She suffers from a severe form of epilepsy and is in real need of support.
