We the community of blackburn would like to help the family of Shannon with her funeral costs and a permanent memorial if funds allow...Shannon was a much loved daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin, and friend to many....Shannons life was cut short in the most painful heartbreaking tradedy. .
