Story
For many years Botton village has looked after people with special needs,(villagers). The co workers and villagers have lived and worked together. Botton has a special ethos which values the whole person and cultural, artistic and spiritual values are encouraged. The community also includes biodynamic farms and a steiner school. This way of life now seems under threat and the Botton village community are trying to envisage a way forward into the future

Botton has inspired me for many years. I have been to concerts and festivals, been in plays and have helped look after a Botton house as a part time guest volunteer. Now over 60 I feel inspired to take on the Helvellyn triathlon to raise money to support Bottons future.
