Story
I suffer from a life limiting condition called Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. Just lately, my mechanical arm has not been working properly and is coming to the end of its life function, as they need to be replaced every 5 years. As you can imagine, all of the equipment used by myself and other disabled people can be very expensive and not all equipment is funded. A new replacement arm support costs £3,000 and this is not funded in any way.
