For over 200 years, Greenhill Methodist Church has served its community through our hospitality and by offering facilities for local people to use. At the same time, we hope we reflect the love of God and offer an open invitation for all to become part of the church family. Activities range from thriving toddler groups and baby sensory sessions to The Meeting Place for the older generations. From Fellowship groups to youth groups. From a quiet garden to vibrant community festivals. As well as being the home of thriving uniformed organisations and youth club for the local estate. But our facilities are beginning to limit our vision to further develop our work and offer excellent facilities for today and the years to come. We want to create a modern hub for the community with excellent facilities for church and community use. It is an ambitious project which will need over
£1 million to achieve. Will you help us to make our vision become reality and at the same time leave a legacy of excellent facilities for generations to come—just like previous generations have done for us?
Please sponsor Rev Jonathan Haigh as he walks the Yorkshire 3 peaks within 12 hours on August 11th. 10% of all raised will go to PACT (Parent's association of children with Tumours and Leukaemia) at Sheffield Children’s Hospital. When Jonathan was a child, he was treated for Leukaemia and it is thanks to the suport of this charity that the children;s hospital were able to save his life. Please sign up below.
