Story
We need to make the most of the work done by Abernethy in Bloom to provide a decent location for the Xmas tree, and this involves us in paying P&K council £2000. Neither the Community Council nor the Abernethy in Bloom organisation are allowed to hold this sort of funds so the money has to come from you, th community.
