Story
Willie was assaulted and robbed in Govan on Saturday 21st May at approx 5.30pm by some people I can only describe as scum.
Willie is an 85 year old gentleman who has a heart condition and who thankfully survived the shock and pain of a sever assault. As you can see from the disturbing photo, he was physically attacked and robbed of money in broad daylight in the town he has lived in all his life.
I am asking the good people who read this to help with anything they can to enable Willie to go someway to restore his faith in the human race. I hope that this can go a small way to let him know that people do care and want to help him. In turn I hope this can help him to restore his confidence to be able to continue to go about his business without any fear.

8 years agoThank you very much for all of your kind donations. Willie was followed off his Bus in Govan on the 21st May at approx. 5.30pm by some people who then attacked him. If anyone has any more information please call the police on 101 to give them any information you have.
