Story
Jeffery smith passed away on Sunday 15th May 2016 whilst on his way to watch his beloved Grimsby town play at Wembley to fight for promotion. He died suddenly of a heart attack. His body is still in London still waiting to be brought back home. Jeff was an amazing father to his three children, Vicki, Kaley and Dale. He also had 9 beautiful grandchildren that he has sadly left behind. He was towns biggest fan. He tried his hardest to make every single match home and away and was a member of the town committee. This page is set up just to help take a little pressure off his children and to help fund his funeral and give him the send off that he deserves. Whether it's a pound or more every single penny will help.
Thank you ⚽️⚫️⚪️
