I am starting this page for my 21yr old cousin Kate Davies.

Kate is a successful self employed Beautician in the small town of Abercarn.

During the early hours of Sunday 12/6/16 Kate's life changed forever, when she was a rear passenger on a Quad Bike that was being driven by her friend.
The Quad Bike hit a large rock and overturned, with the Quad Bike spinning in mid air and finally landing on top of Kate.

The brute force of the landing broke Kate's back in two places, crushed ribs and damaged Kate's lungs. The pain Kate experienced was horrific and life changing.

Kate is still in Hospital and the future prognosis is unknown and uncertain! The road to recovery is long and the extent of Kate's injuries are constantly under review. This is a true rollercoaster ride for Kate!!

As Kate, who is a young, active, beautiful socially active pillar of the small Community of Abercarn, lies helpless in Hospital, I started this page to try and take the daily burdens and stresses away from Kate's life, and to help her in anyway possible due to her current level of incapacitation.

Kate is very popular and everyone locally will either know Kate through Kate's line of work at 'Kate Perfection' or from knowing our large family or even from just knowing Kate socially. Kate is a well liked and a well loved girl with her whole life ahead of her.

Whether you know Kate or not, please show your support for an innocent passenger in her time of need and pain, by giving generously..

Ultimately my page has two purposes;
1- Help to fund Kate's daily needs
2- Help pay for rehabilitation costs after medical treatment.
