Some of you may be aware, that Margaret Pickering had a cardiac arrest last Saturday night whilst out with friends at partington working men's club. It took Jessica Wallace and Liam Ward 20 minutes to revive her and kept her going until the ambulance got there. Our entire family are greatful to them in more ways than they will ever know. However if we had a defibrillator, it would have taken less time and she wouldn't have be starved of oxygen. This left her in an induced coma, it was the only thing keeping her alive. The decision ultimately was made, to let her go peacefully!

It's frustrating that we have all Lost the head of our family! Especially when she very much could have been saved, we had the equipment but someone decided to steal it! WE NEED A NEW ONE! And we need to keep it safe. But first we need to raise the money! We need to raise awareness. People need to understand how important these machines are! We couldn't save Margaret, but we can save someone else! And It could be you! X
