Many many businesses have lost everything in the devastating fire that started in the early hours of Friday morning, 5th August 2016 in Regent Road. One of those, Mike Wallis had built his dream - a magic shop stocking rare & good quality magic for both beginners and professionals. Mike especially sourced unusual and difficult to obtain props from makers no longer producing/manufacturing. Alongside beautiful puppets and juggling equipment, all invested in by Mike'sown personal funds. He has put everything into making Wallis's Wonder's the wonderful store that it was and over the past 14 months expanded and increased in size and customer base.
All the hard work he put in, and stock is now lost as is his personal investment.
We are all devastated, and I'm asking (without Mikes knowledge) if you could find it in yourself to spare any money to help cushion the blow, I know Mike would be so grateful. Money doesn't answer all problems, but like so many traders in the Indoor Market, he has lost his livelihood & could do with the support of fans, friends and supporters.
