Paul has been my friend for 47 years and my brother in law for 40. March of this year Paul was diagnosed with motor neurone disease. He has deteriorated rapidly and is now having to be looked after by his adoring wife Jayne in their family home. His disease has now set in so badly that he is unable to walk up or down the stairs and has to be fed and bathed by Jayne solely. I am trying to raise money to buy equipment for them to both have a better life.
