Story
We are a fans owned club raising money for 3 wheelchair viewing platforms and other accessibility projects at the Racecourse Stadium. Our efforts this far have been quoted by Baroness Tanni Grey Thompson as a "beacon and example to all". Tanni has referenced our work in the recent House of Lords debate on access at sporting stadia.
A report by Wrexham AFC on this can be found at http://www.wrexhamafc.co.uk/news/article/dame-2560177.aspx

9 years agoA huge thank you to everyone that has pledged, you have helped to change the match experience of both home and away fans at Wrexham AFC and in time this will in turn help effect change for fans across the country. Big changes are coming and this project has played a major part in it, therefore YOU have played a major part too. When you see new viewing facilities open up at grounds in every level in the football pyramid be very proud to know you have done your bit in making it happen! We can only thank you all from the bottom of our hearts, your support is both inspiring and humbling.

I have been on the committee of the DSA for over two years now and am 100% committed to seeing through these viewing platforms and as many accessibility projects as we can.
