In April I will be running the London Marathon and I would like to raise money for a great charity: Disability Can Do. They are a charitable organisation that promotes inclusion, independence and choice, and supports disabled adults and their carers through the provision of services, support and information.
They aim to remove the barriers that can stop people with disabilities from pursuing their goals and living their lives to the full.
