Penrice Birth centre is a crucial part of many families lives in Cornwall. The place where life starts. It now looks quite tired and needs bringing forward into the 21st century. Colour, inspiring art and lighting to encourage peace, calmness and work towards a wonderful birth experience.

I would have loved to have my baby at Penrice but unfortunately it wasn't possible. However, the care i received from the midwives at Penrice during my pregnancy was excellent. Great cause.

Such a lovely place to give birth with minimal intervention, but all the support you need. I had an amazing water birth here and was born there myself. A great project which will benefit so many.
