Story
On Friday an 82 year old Gainsborough lady was robbed of her handbag containing her Christmas savings. She was robbed on her doorstep and suffered injuries when she fell; a broken arm, broken cheek bone, broken and loose teeth. I don't know this lady, or her family, but want to try to raise money to buy some flowers & a hamper. To let her know that the people of Gainsborough really do care. If you can spare £1, or more, please help me to try to make her smile again. Thank you x

8 years agoThank you to everyone who donated to this page. You totally smashed the target, and raised over £900. I am so touched by your kindness. The money should be with me (minus the website fees) by next Wednesday, and I will then arrange to hand it over to Kath. Thank you Anne x
