The family of Bryony Bonekyn would like to thank everyone for the financial support and the messages of love and support received on the JustGiving web site. We are so very grateful. Bryony has been returned to England. Her life celebrated at her old Secondary School, Park View, and her funeral held at Enfield Crematorium. She will have a memorial garden at Enfield Crematorium. With any funds left over it is our hope to initiate a campaign to draw attention to the dangers that backpackers can place themselves in while travelling in unfamiliar places.

Before this page closes I would like to thank every one of the amazing 375 people who have supported it and for their kind words and memories. Bryony's family hope to raise awareness in young people about the risks of travelling abroad. Please support their campaign if you can.

Thank you everyone for raising the money to bring Bryony home and for her funeral. Her celebration of life service is on Thursday August 20th at PARK VIEW Secondary school N15. Doors open 1.15pm. It will be crowded, but please fit in where you can. Her coffin will arrive at 2pm.
