Thank you everyone both online and in the salon. Thank you to those who I know and those anonymous donors as I've no idea who you are. I topped up the JustGiving fees (less £1.20*) so that we raised £355 online and £145 in the treatment room making a total of £500 - which was my target!!!! The donation has been submitted to CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young). *£1.20 was from a kind dog walker on the day ;-)

Thank you to Denise and Anonymous for your kind donations - very much appreciated. Tomorrow is the big day and I'll be doing 50 laps of Sandbach Park - that's over 23km to raise money for Cry (Cardiac Screening for the Young) I’ll be running, walking and possibly crawling and I would love it if you came along to cheer me on, take the mickey, do a lap or two with me or just enjoy the coffee and homemade cupcakes. (9.30am to about 12/12.30pm - fingers crossed!)

News in ..... the #saltrun2016 has been postponed long term due to safety reasons. I am incredibly disappointed and am still working out next steps. Amazing! Big thank yous to Ann, Andy, Julie, R and Jo-Jo. In addition my dad Jack for his £30 pledge in the salon bringing the current total to £245. Thank you for your generosity to the cause and encouraging me to keep going in my training. On the Gift Aid side of things I now know that it is not possible with this crowd funding page. There didn't seem to be any other way to set this up as the money has to be paid to the organisers before the race and it is going to two different causes. Shame really but there it is. Caroline x
