Story
This year we are one up-ing ourselves!
Last year a team from bps cycled the marathon (or three) 70 miles round our branches all to raise money for MacMillan Cancer Support. This year on Friday 13th May, we're kicking things up a gear, throwing our new bps Cirencester branch into the mix, the team will have to ride the whopping 100 miles round 7 bps branches.
Although we continue to support MacMillan Cancer Support, this year we've chosen to split the money raised supporting another cause close to our heart. Half will go to MacMillan Cancer Support and the other half will help to raise money for a new wheelchair for a young boy with Spina Bifida.
These are two great causes and we're delighted to be helping to raise as much as we can, to make as much difference as we can. So help us reach our target and get donating.
The Route:
Leave Cirencester at 6.30am : Ride 30 miles
Leave Tewkesbury by 9.00am : Ride 30 miles
Arrive at Bidford around 11.30 : Allow 30 minutes for Lunch
Leave Bidford by 12noon : Ride 16 miles
Leave Shipston by 1.30pm :Ride 24 miles
Leave Southam by 3.30pm : Ride 12 miles
FINISH: at Leamington Spa (via Hermes) at 4.30pm.
