    Story

    Inspired by our extended family to start this up.... hoping to help cover the legal & appeal fees for the ongoing fight.

    Our situation will require the deportation of 4 British citizens.
    I, Eve, am Australian, 43 yrs. We arrived from Aust. in 2014, my husband of 19 years, Scottish, 47, my daughter born here, 17, both having lived in Australia for 14 years with me, and our two younger dual national children, born in Aust., now aged 10 and 14.
    We married in 1997. When my eldest was born in Scotland in 1999, I had "indefinite leave to remain" based on not claiming public funds and having a legitimate relationship.
    Sadly these are no longer the main requisites. The HO have refused my application to stay and allow either of 2 outcomes;
    for 4 British citizens to depart their country, (they make no insistence of this but it is the natural outcome if Eve is deported)
    or
    for 3 british (dual nationality) children to say goodbye to their mum, with no hope of her returning for some years due to new laws.
    Btw, I also have "Scottish roots (Isle of Jura, 1836) I would like to add that I have not been allowed to work all this time to contribute to the required amount of money, the £18,000 new addendum, which was not required when we were married. My husband will most likely make this in his business next year but being self employed, he must show 2 yrs of records without me before a normal application can even be considered. I have no "criminality" , we have not claimed any public funds. It was with considerable expense moved here for my husband and children to return "home", and find our family unwelcome. The various applications, solicitors, refusal letter, stress and wait have been extreme. Our full story/contact is here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/242158776134880/

      I've donated.Like the other cases I'm disgusted at those that set the sick rules splitting up families,sending back the folk Scotland want n need.Its reserved power to Westminster,not Scotland fault.
