A year since I met my goal to buy an FES bike. My hair is back but sadly José died before he received the bike. I've been working with his family & Regain so our bike will help others with paralysis. Ability Bow is an affordable gym for people with disabilities close to where José & I worked. They haven't been able to afford an FES bike until now; we expect 20+ paralysed people to use it weekly. Himself once a trainer in Tower Hamlets, this continues the support José gave others. We’ll have a plaque in his memory & will receive regular updates.
