Story
A team of people involved in the school are taking part in the Wolf Run on 11th June to raise funds for new interactive whiteboards.
The Wolf Run is a 10k cross country obstacle course race where you run, climb, jump, wade, crawl and swim through a course designed to challenge you on every level. We are doing this to raise money for much needed interactive whiteboards for the school. Each new whiteboard will cost around £2000. The current whiteboards are 10 years old and very out of date. New whiteboards really will make a difference to the children and their learning.
The Friends of the Dassett School do a fantastic job of raising money, but this is a big ask. We have decided to try and boost the funds by taking part in the Wolf Run and asking for sponsorship.
Our team comprises of Mums and people who care about this lovely school. Some have just begun their running journey, some have been running a while. We will all push ourselves to our limit on the day if people will kindly sponsor us for this wonderful cause.
Any donation will be very gratefully received.
Thank you.
