Aash-Jai Evans has diplegic cerebral palsy which affects the lower half of his body. He is unable to walk or stand unaided, or walk without a K walker. He has to use a standing frame to stand up but can only tolerate this for short periods of time due to pain. Aash has high muscle tone, walks on his tip toes and has to wear day and night splints with gaters at night. He is constantly in pain and is on medication day and night. Aash requires a life changing Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy operation.
