Women Empowered Wellbeing envisions a diverse community of women who are fit, strong, and healthy; in turn these empowered women become agents of change for their families, communities, and beyond.

Our vision :

1) Creating, evaluating, and sustaining community-based nutrition, physical activity, and obesity prevention programs across the nation targeting at risk women.

2) Conducting innovative research investigating large scale, sustainable behavior change.

3) Driving social change by empowering women to be agents of change in the area of nutrition, physical activity, and obesity prevention.
