I am going on a cultural exchange with 15 other women from the UK to meet with Palestinian women to learn more about human rights abuses, their culture and what life is like for them.

This trip will test my boundaries emotionally and socially with the aim of educating as many people back home on Palestinians life under occupation.

It was hard for me to make the decision to go on the exchange because I have never spent 10 days away from my daughter, and I am quite nervous about going to an occupied country, but I would love to give these women the tiniest bit of hope by spreading their story. We are all human, and we all deserve freedom.
