I'm trying to raise as much money as possible for the Murray Muir Institute, this is a good friend of mine who was attacked and stabbed through his spinal cord by muggers.

I am undertaking to run from Falkirk to Edinburgh (approx 28 miles) to help Murray to get stem cell therapy to help him walk again so every penny and pound counts so please give generously.

I will be doing this on Saturday 16th July at 10am, leaving from the Falkirk Wheel, down the union canal route, so if people want to come and lend me their support and cheer me along the way the more the merrier.
