Geroge was born on Novemeber 6 2015 with Down's Syndrome and Hirschsprung's disease - a rare condition that causes intestinal obstruction and requires surgery.
As well as lots of love and support from family and friends, Geroge has had amazing help from several organistions including:
The Alex Children's Hospital
Ronald McDonald House
PSDS
It's those three organisations we are raising money for here.
Any money riased will be passed directly on to them.
