Almost every day you hear a story about someone passing away but you never think that it would happen to you or anyone close to you.

Christiaan was a beloved son, a brother by blood to one, but a brother to many through his acts of kindness and the friendship that he gave to those around him.

Chris was always the first person to go out of his way to help someone else regardless of what they need, he'd stop everything he was doing to go and help a friend in need.

Unfortunately he passed away on the 2nd of May in a tragic accident which shocked everyone around him.

You can never expect to lose someone at such a young age, no amount of preparation can get you ready for what follows, including dealing with the pain of losing a loved one and arranging everything that comes afterwards.

This is where we request help from everyone who Chris touched (in any way ;)...) that is able to help us with the after care in order to make sure that Chris has the best send off we can possibly give him, the send off he deserves.

If we manage to reach our target, we'll donate the remaining money to Cancer Research UK as my brother loved this charity and the work they do, he had his own monthly contribution which we will continue on his behalf
