On 17th July 2016, we are doing the 10k Great Newham London Run to raise money for the wonderful charity, Restart.

Restart is an amazing charity that rescues desperate homeless children from the streets of Kenya, where drugs, violence and prostitution are rife. They house them in their orphanage, providing food, shelter, welfare and education.

Restart now looks after over 100 children, aged from a just few months old, most of whom have suffered severe, often sexual, abuse and deprivation, and have significant emotional issues.

We have a contact who spends time at the centre twice a year, taking clothes and supplies - the children are always very grateful and happy to see her!

Any donations for this amazing cause would be very gratefully received, so please give anything you can. In return you can expect plenty of sweaty medal selfies and photos of the Olympic stadium where the run will finish!
