Consciousness creates reality.
Now is a time to be really aware of the energy we are putting out into the world
It is a time to focus on the things which unite us, to appreciate our freedom to our opinions whilst respecting the opinions of others and above all else, to stand hand in hand together against intolerance, racism and hatred.
Whilst we may not be able to control the 'actions' of the minority we have absolute control over our 're-actions'
The undercurrent of racism that has been bought to the surface by recent events is NOT the fault of people who voted one way or the other, its not a time to turn against each other, its a time to use our gentle voices to drown out the hateful chanting of the few...and so we have been thinking of a way to add some voices to the song.

Its time to do small things with great kindness.

And so we bring you 'Random acts of unity' - this is an opt in 'pay it forward' idea and here's how it works. To be involved simply donate, then send us an email with your name - each week we will pick one person at random and ask them to nominate a deserving friend, community member...maybe even the local coffee morning or drop in centre...and we will send that person a 'random act of unity' , anything from some beautiful tea to a piece of artwork. We will also send a card with your message inside.
Lets hold hands and unite against only those who do not hold love in their hearts.
Kindness, and love, are still very important and what we need heaps of right now. Don't let them divide and conquer, keep on keeping on...
