Story
We'd like to tell you about Omar and why he needs our help. Omar is just 16 years old but has had to grow up much faster than other people his age. Sadly he has leukaemia and it has proved resistant to treatment, this week Omar & his mom received the news that he only has a very short time left. We wish we could change this & take their pain away, but we can't. We can help take the stress of the financial burden away though.

Omar came to see out 15yr old son when he was first diagnosed with AML earlier this year. He was full of life with lots of advice and funny stories-he was an absolute inspiration and a real tonic RIP

I met Omar and his mom last year when he was in the next bed to my son in hospital. I've been fortunate enough to spend time with them and get to know them. I will never forget the time I've spent with them over the last couple of days, I just wish it was in better circumstances.
