At the end of last year, my 12 year old nephew was diagnosed with a brain tumour. He has gone through a biopsy and 6 weeks of radiotherapy. He is currently on medication, waiting for a clinical trial to open up.

Since October, he has been through so much. We are looking to raise funds to help make this time more enjoyable whilst he is going through interim treatment and waits for the next step of treatment to help battle this illness. We, as a family, think he deserves to have some fun so he is going on a much needed family holiday in June and would like to take his little sister to Disneyland, Paris. Unfortunately the travel insurance is very expensive so it’s all adding up.

Any monies raised will go towards making a young lad very happy. Anything left over will be kept aside should it be required for a clinical trial not funded by the NHS. If it is not required for this it will be given to Brain Tumour Research.
