Our Team:
We are the tribe!
Our team is made up of 16 young people currently on the NCS programme in the Wealden area.
We are: Alex, Alicia, Bax, Brittany, CJ , Clara, Emily, Hayleigh, Joe, Jon , Kurtis, Megan, Meredith, Rhianna, Will, and Willow.
Our Mission:
Our goal is to provide awareness and raise funds for young carers across the Wealden area. We will do this by making a video to outline the issues faced by young carers, the support available to them, and how you can help, as well as various sponsored challenges!
