Story
Jordan was diagnosed with a rare type of cancer called Sarcoma in April 2015
After a brave and long fought battle, Jordan sadly passed away on 4 April 2016 aged 19
In Jordan's final weeks he was cared for by the wonderfully dedicated doctors, nurses and support staff at the Royal Marsden Sutton Teenage Cancer Unit.
In accordance with Jordan's wishes we would like to raise funds for the Unit so that we can help and support other young people like Jordan who have to live with cancer every day
Sadly 7 young people are diagnosed with cancer daily in the UK
The money will go towards providing expert care and support for young people on the ward so they don't have to face cancer alone
