Due to being gender dysphoric from childhood, I have had continual issues with depression and anxiety which have arisen from discomfort with my body. I have been through the NHS pathway for treatment, diagnosed and received support through hormone therapy, hair removal and lower surgery which has helped considerably with my dysphoria.

However, the hormones have failed to supply much breast growth which has meant much of the gender dysphoria is still there when I look at my own body, causing panic attacks and making my depression worse. While my specialist at charing cross GIC agreed that I had a case for top surgery to complete the treatment I was receiving, this is not funded through the NHS and my applications for individual funding have been declined.

I am soon completing my university course and looking for work to try and raise the money I need for the surgery. My gender specialist agrees this will help remove a lot of the body issues I am currently having, however with my individual funding declined I would greatly appreciate any donations that could help me reach the goal.
