We are taking 90 people, some leaders and the rest of them teenagers, many from disadvantaged backgrounds, to Poland by bus. The whole trip will cost us £51,000 and it costs £700 per person. This is money that we don't have and we are desperately trying to raise.

Each time we have organised a trip like this the kids always come back having benefited tremendously.

Along with that a recent survey has shown that we need to spend about £100,000 on roof repairs. We don't have anything like that amount of money in our account. The parish is St. Mary's Cathedral in Aberdeen, opened in 1860 (see www.stmaryscathedralaberdeen.org)
