MY STORY
Survive educated me & supported me to leave my ex-partner after several years of abuse and violence. From March 2010 through to 2012 I attended programmes, counselling and had IDVA support. I want to help them to help other women and children.
The Miscarriage Assoc. and Southmead's Early Pregnancy Assessment Unit were amazing during & following my miscarriage in Oct 2015. Again, I would like funds to help them carry on their incredible work such as their , groups & info packs.
TVT-Messed up Mesh is a charity for Meshie's like me but don't get a lot of financial support themselves. In Jan 2014 had a TVT mesh sling fitted incorrectly which caused nerve damage and loss of movement. Two failed operations in the middle of 2015 left me in worse pain with the TVT mesh finally being removed in Dec 2015. I want to give back to TVT-MUM to say thank you for the advice and support.

THE CHARITIES
Survive is a charity supporting & rescuing women & families that suffer Domestic Abuse & Violence. They run education programmes, workshops & support groups & have refuges. All this incredible work costs money.
The Miscarriage Assoc. runs a website with huge amounts of info & guidance on miscarriages. Miscarriage is rarely talked about openly & this site offers a fantastic forum too.
TVT Mum is campaigning to stop the use of polypropylene mesh & offers a helpful forum & helpline.
Your money will help so many!

#16IN2016 CHALLENGES SO FAR
**£800 had already been raised**
I HAVE PUT £200 AS MY TARGET BUT THAT MAY INCREASE IF THE SUPPORT DOES...THE MORE THE BETTER :)
I will donate a quarter of all raised funds to each of the four charities/causes. This will be done fairly with equal amounts to each.
The funds will go on to help other women/families affected by Domestic Violence and Abuse, Miscarriage and TVT Mesh injury.
Any stories or feedback I receive from the causes themselves, I will share with you.
