    Story

We have some friends, with a young family, and mum isn't very well. We don't wish to discuss their personal life too much, but suffice to say we felt that if we could raise some money for them to have a little holiday together, if it solves nothing else then it will at least bring some joy to their world.

      Update from the Page owner

Thank you all for supporting us in this attempt to get some money together. While our original good intentions for the money have fallen by the wayside, we did break our target and the money will still be useful for the family during this very sad time. We mourn Sarah, a lovely lady, and hope Rich and the boys have the best Christmas they can under the circumstances. The prizes have been drawn, and I am delighted to announce that the Winner of the Knight Before Christmas is Ron Rylatt. Congratulations Ron! Second place of a copy of Age of Sigmar has been won by Joe March, and third place (A Mantic Starter set that was donated in the eleventh hour) was won by Fredrik Llovik. If our winners could get in contact with pitninja@hotmail.co.uk to make arrangements for prize delivery (and in the case of the knight, prize specifications) we'd really appreciate it. Thank you all once again for your tremendous support. Our thoughts are with Rich and family at this difficult time.

Well we've hit our target, for which I thank you all, although forgive me if I struggle to muster up much enthusiasm after the news that Sarah has passed. The money will still be useful to her family, so we'll see what more we can get before the draw closes. Thanks once again.

Thanks guys, we're progressing well, with just under two weeks to go. It's also nice to see some pledges from overseas - nice to know the message is spreading. Hopefully we can draw even more peoples attention to this cause and break that target :)
