Story
Lisa Day was a bright and fun-loving young woman who was one week shy of starting a PDip in Nursing at City University when she tragically and unexpectedly lost her life. Lisa had lived with diabetes and the complications related to her illness and she was just developing her own career path to apply her medical knowledge and experience. She had been working as a research assistant in HIV for the last year at Imperial College London when she decided that she would pursue a nursing degree.

9 years agoWe've set up a Just Giving website to honour Lisa Day who was tragically and suddenly taken from us far too early. Her positive nature was an inspiration to all who met her and we hope to raise money for a bursary to go to a City University nursing student in Lisa's honour.
