Story
Laura was diagnosed with advanced stage breast cancer in 2013, after she had previously been refused testing due to her age - despite the fact her mother had died from the disease a decade earlier. She had 6 months of chemotherapy, radiotherapy and a mastectomy.
A year after being told she only had 11% chance that the cancer would return, she was diagnosed as stage 4. Now, 6 months on, the cancer has spread to her ovaries, chest, spine, bones and brain.
