PLEDGE ANY AMOUNT TO GO IN PRIZE DRAW TO WIN £1000

I would like to start up a totally gluten free cafe for people with Coeliac Disease or people with wheat intolerences. I would also be offering a mobile service at festivals and gigs There are very few eating establishments that can totally guarantee that food is made in a totally gluten free environment and has not been cross contaminated with gluten. My eventual aim would be to have branches throughout the uk
