My brother Darren was lost at sea whilst fishing off newhaven. I'm trying to raise funds for a memorial plaque in newhaven harbour. I have had numerous offers of financial help so decided to do it properly. If we go over the target or dont need all the donation money, I will pass the money on to lifeboat and coastguard and charities as they tried so hard to find my brother. Also to the fishermans mission charitie who helped support my family and my brothers crew. They are not a well known charity outside of the fishing comunaty, but the work they do needs to be recognised. Any help would be very much appreciated. I will be going to work on a fishing boat for free as a way of thanking people for the donations.
