Story
English Heritage, Dartmoor National Park, West Devon Borough Council, Mabrake a local environmental group and numerous members of the local community all insisted that Castle Park Camp an ancient Bronze age / Iron age fort in West Devon to be protected from the siting of a 35 metre wind turbine around a Km from it, Planning for the turbine was turned down by West Devon Borough, the developers went to appeal and the appeals officer granted the permission, court action can stop this development
