We are life-long friends kayaking the coast of Wales in summer 2016 to raise money and awareness for Bobath Cymru, Disability Can Do and Carmarthenshire People First. These charities help disabled people realise their own abilities.

Thank you to everyone who has donated so far! We will be setting up the page again soon so we can hopefully reach our target of £10,000 to support the vital work of our three fantastic charities. Stay tuned! :)
