Adam Simpson & I are doing the Color Rush UK 5K run & obstacle course to try & raise a little money & awareness for South Downs RDA (riding for the disabled). Their horses and ponies provide therapy, achievement and enjoyment to people with disabilities of all ages and from all backgrounds. They hope to create a sense of increased confidence and above all, a feeling of having a good time. The benefits of riding are plain to see from the faces of the riders. They hope that their lives will be more fulfilled from the experiences that they can give them.

They are one of the longest established groups in the country and are totally reliant on their wonderful volunteers who are the backbone of their team. They are also a completely self-financing charity and therefore have to constantly work hard at raising funds.
