Fed up with 'done deal' planning applications? Stafford Planning Action Group have joined forces with Moorlands United Planning Action Group to challenge planning departments in the county. MUPAG have raised money and had success against their council. We are asking for your support to bring legal action against the conduct and process of Stafford Borough Planning Department. Legal advice says we have a great case which we believe will be successful but we need your help. Please donate.

9 years agoWe agree with you Bob , be aware of the goalposts changing 7 bungalows could change into anything , the 106 agreement strikes again .. not for its purpose but to guarantee a decision in favour . Look at other applications you will be amazed of how much and what for Thanks

The decision taken by the Planning Department for the building of bungalows with entry off Tenby Drive surely must be investigated. To make a decision the night before and work starts is unbelievable.
