Story
My story has been on the BBC News.I now really need your help.
I am a 24 year old, young independent woman with Friedreich's Ataxia which means I am a wheelchair user.
I am raising money for a drive from wheelchair accessable vehicle which will help me live my life fully independent.
Being able to travel on my own would mean that I can attend hospital appointments and live my life like any other 24 year old with out having to rely on others.I also want to get a job like anyone else.
I train with The East Riding Electric Eels but have to rely on someone else to get me there on a weekly basis.
I have started an Open University course because I can not get myself to the local Hull University to study like anyone else my age.
I am also an ambassador for The Mobility Roadshow, this fabulous event has shown my that having a disability shouldn't stop you from doing anything.
Please help.
