To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Sterling Supergroup, the ladies
from Head Office will be joining some of their members, including Steve, with the aim of raising £50,000 for charity!

Each of the nominated charities will receive £10,000! That’s British
Heart Foundation, Cancer Research, Diabetes UK and Help for Heroes as well as a fifth charity which will be chosen at random in September from a selection of charities local to Sterling’s members.

After 15 years of being stuck in an office, developing his belly from taste testing far too many samples, he’s been putting in some hours at the gym and has lost 1 stone in just the last 12 weeks! The girls at Sterling took advantage of his trimmed physique and conned him into joining them at Tough Mudder for these exceptional charities!

Tough Mudder is a 10-12 mile mud and obstacle course designed to drag them out of their comfort zone by testing their physical strength, stamina and mental grit. It’s a challenge that emphasises teamwork, camaraderie and accomplishing something almost as though as they are!
