Story
This page is to raise money for our amazing head teacher Martyn Campbell who recently lost his long, hard battle to cancer. He is a real inspiration to everyone who had the pleasure to meet him as we all know that he never let it get in the way of his life and he carried on running the school for all of us pupils and making people smile and laugh daily. He has touched and helped so many lives and hearts in his time and it is sad that he suddenly had to leave us like this but he fought hard up until the very end which everybody will forever be proud of him for. So in honour of his name and life me and a few of my friends will be taking part in the race for life and also in the pretty muddy challenge to raise as much money as we can to donate to a charity of Mr Campbell's choice as this is the least we could do in a way of saying thank you for everything he has ever done for us personally and your donations will be your own thank you to him.
You will be sadly missed and loved by everybody who knew you Mr Campbell. Rest in paradise. Xxxx
Also, just a couple of days before the sad loss of our headteacher, we lost a young, loving boy named Sean Gillies who was aged only 16 due to an unexplained death which took everybody by surprise. He was a happy, smily pupil at our school, St Edmund Arrowsmith, who will be sadly missed and we would like to take this opportunity of also donating for him.
Rest in peace Sean, thoughts are with your family and friends. Xxx
